A long wait is no longer required when the need for a Sly bulk material loading spout arises. Sly now offers our popular XP-8 and XP-10 loading spouts for hatch top loading trucks or rail cars and XP-8 OS and XP-10 OS loading spouts for open loading or stacking.
The Sly “Quick Ship” (QS) series includes our most popular XP loading spouts with sought-after options:
- Raised product inlet flange (8”, 10”, 12”, or 14” diameter)
- Raised (8” diameter) negative air connection
- Operator’s control pendant, NEMA 4X
- Tilt-type level sensor
The reliable and rugged “Quick Ship” Sly bulk loading spouts are available in carbon steel construction with standard 5/16” polyethylene stacking cones or optional abrasion resistant carbon steel cones. The “Quick Ship” series of loading spouts includes TEFC motors in 230 or 460 VAC, and NEMA 4 electricals.
All Sly spouts include factory pre-wiring to a NEMA 4 junction box, full up and full down rotary limit switches, slack cable switch, and flexible Roadstar 18 shroud with internal galvanized steel reinforcing rings. OS spouts include a 18” flexible neoprene dust skirt and automatic pile clearance feature in lieu of the conical bottom.
