Sly, Inc. operates a custom sheet metal, structural fabrication, and assembly shop in Mathiston, Mississippi (North Central Area). The plant has over 70,000 sq. ft. including over 25,000 sq. ft. of high bay equipped with 10 ton cranes allowing 18 ft. below the hook.
Our shop is capable of providing fabrication from 14 ga. to 3/8″ thick carbon steel, abrasion resistant steel, stainless steel and other high alloy materials (ie. Inconel, Hasteloy, AL6XN). All welders are certified AWS Structural Welding Code for D1.1 (structural steel); D1.3 (sheet metal); D1.6 (stainless steel). In addition, we have certified welding inspectors on staff. Our welding specifications are available upon request. Our machine shop includes turret lathes, milling machines, drills, grinders, etc.
