Sly spouts are ideal for radial stacking or loading into railroad cars, trucks, ships, barges, containers and barrels. Sly bulk material loading spouts let you move powdered chemicals, cements, grain products, sand, gravel, coal or any other dry bulk material–without dust.

- Four cable hoist drive offers enhanced stability and improved cable service over traditional two and three cable hoist drives
- Center mounted motor constructed from A36 mild steel is positioned beneath the main pan housing for protection from environmental elements
- Computer numerical control machined pulleys with rounded edges and precision cable grooves for long-lasting durability
- Low profile inner support rings and extruded outer support rings fastened with high performance clamping versus traditional fastening using nuts, bolts, screws or rivets
- Internal cone design allows cones to stack as the spout retracts to a low profile for maximum overhead clearance
- Outer sleeve encompasses the spout’s internal stacking cones and contains fugitive dust generated during the loading process
Options
- Outer sleeves material options include Vinyl (PVC)-coated polyester (18 & 22 oz.), Hypalon synthetic rubber -40° F – 220° F | -40° C – 105° C, Silicone fiberglass for high temperature materials, and Neoprene Polyester (ATEX)
- Steel pegs in lieu of standard u-bolt and nut harness guides for food applications
- Available in a variety of sizes
- 3 Motor Voltage Options (400 volt/50 hertz, 460 volt/60 hertz, 575 volt/60 hertz)
