"I have had the privilege of working with the Sly family since 1977 and have always had a great relationship with all. This vessel dust collector has performed beyond our needs of service through out the years. Since 1977 we have only had to change the envelope bags 3 times. It helps that we maintain the dirty side by physically cleaning the excess cement off 2 times annually but still the collector works superior to the amount of cement dust put through it. Since the opening of our terminal in 1959 we have put through over 9 million tons of cement dust including our slag product. Personally I am at awe with quality this collector brings every vessel year after year."

"I just wanted to send a brief note and thank you for a wonderful customer service experience. I first contacted Sly on November 15, (from an industry referral) and placed an order for (100) cages. My client had a need date of 11-24, on this item, and when I informed Sly you said that the normal lead time was 7-10 days, but you would do the best you could to accommodate. (How many times have you heard that before?)
This was my first order from Sly, and of course, I was already thinking of excuses to tell my customer when their order did not arrive on time.
I placed a follow-up call on November 18 to get an update on the progress of my order. Much to my surprise, the order had been processed, filled, and shipped... and my customer would receive the order that day (Nov 18) !! WOW !

"I know this sounds like a broken record but, our Sly dust collector is still running very well with little differential pressure. Working at Sly must be kind of like being the Maytag repair man, you’re always waiting on the phone to ring but nothing ever breaks! (at least that has been our experience) We are talking about expanding the plant within the next year, if all goes well.
