Integral Dust Collector
Integral dust collector can be added to a bulk material
loading system, which eliminates the need for a separate
dust collector, dust piping, rotary air lock and related
equipment and controls to handle fugitive dust. Dust is
automatically recycled back into the material stream, reducing
product loss.
The dust collector filter/spout assembly mounts directly
on bulk storage silos, screw conveyors, air slides and
feed chutes. Typical applications include loading trucks,
rail cards, drums, barrels, boxes and flexible bulk containers.

available to fit each application, including stainless steel
parts for use with foods or corrosive products. Retractable
internal stacking cones reduce bulk material loading spout
wear and dusting by maintaining straight
product flow through the spout. The cones achieve this desired
flow pattern by breaking up swirling air currents which,
unchecked, would draw product into the negative air stream.
